Shiraia sp. strain Slf14, which can produce huperzine A and hypocrellin A, is a novel endophytic fungus isolated by D. Zhu and his research team from Huperzia serrata in China. We use comparative transcriptome to analysis hypocrellin A biosynthetic pathway.
竹黄属(Shiraia sp.)菌株Slf14是一种可产生石杉碱甲(huperzine A)与竹红菌素A(hypocrellin A)的新型内生真菌,由D. Zhu及其研究团队从中国的蛇足石杉(Huperzia serrata)中分离得到。本研究采用比较转录组学(comparative transcriptome)技术,对竹红菌素A的生物合成途径进行分析。
