Study of the virome of Dothistroma septosporum

We studied the virome of the two different European populations of Dothistroma septosporum. The main goal was to investigate putative viruses infecting the serious pine pathogen D. septosporum.本研究针对松针褐斑病菌（Dothistroma septosporum）的两个不同欧洲种群开展病毒组研究。本研究的核心目标为探究推定侵染该重大松树病原菌（D. septosporum）的病毒。
