WGS of Mycobacteria received by the National Reference Laboratory for Tuberculosis in Argentina during 2002

The Mycobacteria Division of the INEI - ANLIS - Dr. Carlos G. Malbran receives clinical isolates from the National Laboratory Network of Argentina to perform identification and drug susceptibility testing of mycobacteria. Most of the isolates belong to Mycobacterium tuberculosis species. This project stores the WGS reads of isolates received during 2002.

隶属于阿根廷国家流行病学研究所（INEI）、卡洛斯·G·马尔布兰博士国家卫生与实验研究所（ANLIS）的分枝杆菌分部，接收阿根廷国家实验室网络提交的临床分离株，用于开展分枝杆菌的菌种鉴定与药物敏感性试验。本数据集内绝大多数分离株为结核分枝杆菌（Mycobacterium tuberculosis）菌种。本项目存储了2002年接收的分离株的全基因组测序（Whole Genome Sequencing，WGS）读段数据。
