Identification of the target gene expression of peptide SK56 in human macrophage cells during pyroptosis

为解析肽SK56在巨噬细胞（macrophage cells）中的靶基因表达谱，我们对经佛波醇酯（PMA）分化的THP-1细胞，在脂多糖（LPS）联合尼日利亚菌素（nigericin）诱导处理且添加或不添加SK56的条件下开展了转录组测序（RNA-seq）分析，以此探究SK56阻断细胞焦亡（pyroptosis）的信号通路。整体实验设计：针对人源巨噬细胞，开展焦亡诱导处理或SK56干预处理后的转录组表达分析。
