To investigate the involvement of FCGR3A and FCGR2C signaling and NK cell activation during antibody-mediated rejection, we analyzed transcriptomic data obtained by bulk RNA sequencing of kidney allograft FFPE biopsies diagnosed with either antibody-mediated rejection, T-cell mediated rejection or normal biopsies. 为探究抗体介导排斥反应过程中Fcγ受体3A(FCGR3A)与Fcγ受体2C(FCGR2C)信号通路及自然杀伤细胞(NK cell)的激活情况,本研究对经诊断为抗体介导排斥反应、T细胞介导排斥反应或正常状态的肾脏移植移植物福尔马林固定石蜡包埋(FFPE)活检组织的批量RNA测序转录组数据进行了分析。本研究针对抗体介导排斥反应与T细胞介导排斥反应或正常活检组织的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据开展比较基因表达谱分析,旨在筛选与NK细胞及Fcγ受体相关的转录本。
