Supporting Data for: Fluorogenic squaraine dimers for the flow cytometry detection of bacterial urinary tract infections

This dataset contains raw and processed experimental data from a study on the development of bacteria-targeting fluorogenic probes based on peptide-conjugated squaraine dimers. The dataset includes UV–vis absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra, NMR spectra, high-resolution mass spectrometry data, flow cytometry measurements, and microscopy images.
