RIP-PEN-seq for 15.5K in Hepa1-6 cells

Here, we developed a RNA ImmunoPrecipitation coupled with sequencing of Paired-Ends of NcRNAs (RIP-PEN-seq) method to identify the full-length sequences of ncRNAs bound by 15.5K protein and discover a novel class of backward K-turn RNAs. Overall design: Analysis of 15.5K binding ncRNAs in Hepa1-6 cells.

本研究开发了一种非编码RNA（non-coding RNAs，ncRNAs）双端测序偶联RNA免疫沉淀（RIP-PEN-seq）方法，用于鉴定被15.5K蛋白结合的非编码RNA的全长序列，并发现了一类新型反向K环RNA。实验整体设计：对Hepa1-6细胞中与15.5K蛋白结合的非编码RNA开展分析。
