USA SPENDING C&P B109 VETERANS COMPENSATION FOR SERVICE-CONNECTED DISABILITY FY2019

<p>VBA BENEFIT PROGRAM to compensate veterans for disabilities incurred or aggravated during military service according to the average impairment in earning capacity such disability would cause in civilian occupations. Persons who have suffered disabilities resulting from service in the Armed Forces of the United States. The disability must have been incurred or aggravated by service in the line of duty. Separation from service must have been under other than dishonorable conditions for the period in which the disability was incurred or aggravated.</p>

VBA福利项目（VBA Benefit Program）旨在依据残疾在平民职业中造成的收入能力平均受损程度，对服役期间罹患或因服役加重残疾的退伍军人予以补偿。本项目的适用对象为因在美国武装部队服役而罹患残疾的人员，且该残疾必须系因执行任务期间罹患或加重；同时，在该残疾罹患或加重的服役时段内，退伍时的退役状态必须不属于不光彩的情形。
