To investigate the carcinogen exposure in the regulation of macrophages in the tumor microenvironment, we inoculated DMBA3-4 and DMSO3-1 cell lines in Rag1 knockout mice and collect TAMs cells. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of tumor-associated macrophages from DMBA3-4 and DMSO3-1 groups. 为探究致癌物暴露对肿瘤微环境内巨噬细胞的调控作用，我们将DMBA3-4与DMSO3-1细胞系接种至Rag1基因敲除小鼠体内，并收集肿瘤相关巨噬细胞（TAMs, tumor-associated macrophages）。随后，针对DMBA3-4组与DMSO3-1组肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据开展基因表达谱分析。整体实验设计：对两组肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的RNA测序数据进行对比性基因表达谱分析。
