RNA localization across the apicobasal axis of human epithelial cells

To assay the relative localization of RNA molecules in the apical and basal compartments of human intestinal epithelial cells, we performed Halo-seq using apically and basally localized HaloTag bait proteins. Overall design: We then used RNAseq to profile the RNA contents of these two compartments. 为检测RNA分子在人肠道上皮细胞顶侧区室（apical compartment）与基底区室（basal compartment）中的相对定位情况，我们使用定位于顶侧与基底的HaloTag诱饵蛋白开展了Halo-seq实验。实验整体设计：随后我们通过RNAseq技术对这两个区室的RNA组分进行了表达谱表征。本实验针对人上皮细胞顶侧区室与基底区室中的RNA开展了对比基因表达谱分析。
