We performed multiple sequence alignments using the cp genome of 22 species and constructed the Maximum Likelihood (ML) and Bayesian trees, and found that D. heterophyllum were more closely related to D. moldavica and D. palmatum. In addition, the phylogenetic relationships between Dracocephalum and other members of Lamiaceae were consistent with previous results. These results are valuable for further formulating effective strategies of conservation and management for species of Dracocephalum, as well as providing a foundation for future research on the genetic resources of Dracocephalum.
本研究以22个物种的叶绿体基因组(chloroplast genome, cp genome)为材料开展多序列比对(multiple sequence alignments),构建了最大似然(Maximum Likelihood, ML)树与贝叶斯树;结果显示,异叶青兰(Dracocephalum heterophyllum)与香青兰(Dracocephalum moldavica)、掌叶青兰(Dracocephalum palmatum)的亲缘关系更为接近。此外,青兰属(Dracocephalum)与唇形科(Lamiaceae)其他类群的系统发育关系与既往研究结果一致。本研究结果可为青兰属物种的有效保护与管理策略制定提供重要参考,同时也为未来青兰属遗传资源的相关研究奠定了基础。
