Actinobacteria community in caves

Assess the usefullness of hsp65 marker as a complement to 16S rRNA sequence data for a deeper, species-level appraisal of the Actinobacteria community in caves (pristine and anthropized), and to show variations according to cave conditions and especially human-induced disturbances.
