Actinobacteria community in caves

Assess the usefullness of hsp65 marker as a complement to 16S rRNA sequence data for a deeper, species-level appraisal of the Actinobacteria community in caves (pristine and anthropized), and to show variations according to cave conditions and especially human-induced disturbances.本数据集旨在评估hsp65标记基因（hsp65 marker）作为16S rRNA测序数据补充手段的应用价值，以对洞穴（涵盖原生与受人类活动干扰的两类）内的放线菌门（Actinobacteria）群落开展更深入的物种水平评估，并揭示其群落组成随洞穴环境条件、尤其是人为干扰的变化规律。
