Recently interest in the use of natural feed additives as an alternative to antimicrobials in the poultry industry has increased. One of the most studied groups are polyphenolic compounds, given their advantages over other types of additives and their easy potentiation of effects when complexes are formed with metal ions. In this study, we evaluated the impact of dietary supplementation of Copper Acetate (CA), Curcumin (CR), and their combination (CA-CR) on cecal microbiota composition in broiler chickens.
近年来,家禽养殖业中采用天然饲料添加剂替代抗菌剂的研究与应用关注度持续提升。其中多酚类化合物(polyphenolic compounds)是研究最为广泛的类别之一,其不仅相较于其他添加剂具备诸多优势,还可在与金属离子形成复合物时便捷实现效应增效。本研究评估了日粮添加乙酸铜(Copper Acetate,CA)、姜黄素(Curcumin,CR)及其复合制剂(CA-CR)对肉鸡盲肠微生物群组成的影响。
