Myocardial transcriptomic changes resulting from VMH activation

To investigate the effects of VMH activation on mRNA expression in the heart, RNA sequencing was used in the HTN group and HTN+VMH activation group.为探究腹内侧下丘脑（Ventromedial Hypothalamus，VMH）激活对心脏mRNA表达的影响，本研究对高血压（Hypertension，HTN）组与高血压+VMH激活组应用了RNA测序（RNA sequencing）技术。
