RRBS in XX and XO Xmas ES cells

This experiment is designed to test if our new culture protocol affects DNA methylation of XX mESCs n=1. Xmas mESCs are FACS sorted into XX and XO using the X-linked reporter alleles本实验旨在验证我们的新型培养方案是否会对XX型小鼠胚胎干细胞（mouse embryonic stem cells, mESCs）的DNA甲基化产生影响，实验样本量n=1。Xmas型小鼠胚胎干细胞以X连锁报告等位基因为标记，通过荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS）被划分为XX和XO两种亚型。
