Chicken caecal tissue during E tenella infection

Transcriptome of chicken caecal tissues collected during infection in vivo with purified E. tenella sporozoites. RNA-Seq was performed on samples collected from uninfected controls as well as cultures 1, 2, 3, 4, and 10 days post-infection.
