Chicken caecal tissue during E tenella infection

Transcriptome of chicken caecal tissues collected during infection in vivo with purified E. tenella sporozoites. RNA-Seq was performed on samples collected from uninfected controls as well as cultures 1, 2, 3, 4, and 10 days post-infection.本数据集涵盖体内感染纯化柔嫩艾美耳球虫（Eimeria tenella）子孢子后采集的鸡盲肠组织转录组（Transcriptome）。研究对未感染对照组样本，以及感染后1、2、3、4和10天的样本开展了RNA测序（RNA-Seq）。
