利用ChIP-Seq(Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing,染色质免疫共沉淀测序)技术,鉴定细胞重编程过程中H3.3、H3K4me3与H3K36me3的全基因组富集特征。实验整体设计:在细胞重编程或转分化的多个时间点,对H3.3、H3K4me3及H3K36me3开展ChIP-Seq测序。
