This dataset is part of the Caenorhabditis elegans behavioral database, which is officially denoted as the C. elegans behavioural database and available at http://movement.openworm.org. It records behavioral experimental data of adult hermaphrodite Caenorhabditis elegans strain MT1232 carrying the egl-12(n602)V mutation, cultured on NGM medium supplemented with OP50 food. The dataset includes video tracking results and feature extraction files, and can be utilized to analyze the effects of this gene mutation on worm behavior.
