Hormonal basis of sex differences in anesthetic sensitivity

Each JSON file contains XYZ coordinates for each c-Fos positive neuron referenced to the Allan Reference Atlas Coordinate System. Each file contains n x 3 matrix (c-Fos positive neuron ID by coordinate x, y, z). Each file is an individual mouse. File names distinguish which group mouse is part of and which mouse number within a given group. CM=castrated male, WTM= wild type male, WTF= wild type female. Reference annotation atlas can be found in the Dataset as well.本数据集包含的每个JSON文件，均存储了参照艾伦参考图谱坐标系（Allan Reference Atlas Coordinate System）标定的每一个c-Fos阳性神经元（c-Fos positive neuron）的XYZ空间坐标。每个文件内含一个n行3列的矩阵，行代表c-Fos阳性神经元的ID，三列依次对应x、y、z坐标。每个文件对应一只独立的实验小鼠。文件名可用于区分该小鼠所属的实验组，以及其在对应组内的个体编号。其中CM代表去势雄性小鼠（castrated male），WTM代表野生型雄性小鼠（wild type male），WTF代表野生型雌性小鼠（wild type female）。本数据集同时提供参考注释图谱。
