Patients with sepsis included within 24 hours after ICU admission, patients after CABG included within 2 hours after ICU admission and patients with hip replacement included before start of surgery.纳入研究的患者特征如下：脓毒症（sepsis）患者需在入住重症监护病房（Intensive Care Unit, ICU）后24小时内纳入研究；冠状动脉旁路移植术（Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting, CABG）术后患者需在入住ICU后2小时内纳入研究；髋关节置换术（hip replacement）患者需在手术开始前纳入研究。
