The goal of this study was to compare the expression profiles of inversion strains ET163 and ET166 to that of wild-type. 本研究旨在对比倒位菌株ET163、ET166与野生型菌株的基因表达谱。为此，我们对分别源自ET163、ET166及CB15N（野生型，WT）菌株的新月柄杆菌（Caulobacter crescentus）游动体细胞开展了转录组分析。实验总体设计：设置两组对照实验，分别为ET163与野生型（WT）对照、ET166与野生型（WT）对照。生物学重复设置如下：ET163组设2次生物学重复，ET166组设2次生物学重复，野生型组设3次生物学重复。
