本研究旨在对比倒位菌株ET163、ET166与野生型菌株的基因表达谱。为此,我们对分别源自ET163、ET166及CB15N(野生型,WT)菌株的新月柄杆菌(Caulobacter crescentus)游动体细胞开展了转录组分析。实验总体设计:设置两组对照实验,分别为ET163与野生型(WT)对照、ET166与野生型(WT)对照。生物学重复设置如下:ET163组设2次生物学重复,ET166组设2次生物学重复,野生型组设3次生物学重复。
