Small RNA sequencing of ginkgo leaves from different years

This study sequenced small RNA from Ginkgo biloba leaves collected from trees of two different ages (5 and 20 years old) to characterize the small RNAome and identify age-related variations in small RNA expression. The goal was to investigate the potential impact of tree age on the small RNA profile of Ginkgo biloba leaves.
