Small RNA sequencing of ginkgo leaves from different years

This study sequenced small RNA from Ginkgo biloba leaves collected from trees of two different ages (5 and 20 years old) to characterize the small RNAome and identify age-related variations in small RNA expression. The goal was to investigate the potential impact of tree age on the small RNA profile of Ginkgo biloba leaves.本研究对取自两种不同树龄（5年生与20年生）的银杏（Ginkgo biloba）叶片的小分子RNA进行测序，以解析小分子RNA组（small RNAome）的特征，并鉴定小分子RNA表达的年龄相关差异。本研究旨在探究树龄对银杏叶片小分子RNA表达谱的潜在影响。
