BRD4 Inhibition Sensitizes Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma to Senescence without Pro-inflammatory Response

To investigate the function of JQ1 on head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,we treated SCC15 cells and SCC25 cells with JQ1. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for SCC15 and SCC25 cells before and after JQ1 treatment.
