The contents of 'code.zip' are the plotting and analysis scripts used in generating the plots in this work.
The contents of 'atlas_Z_MW_time_2022_05_06_13_40_06_sha_94d5.zip' are the history files for the MESA runs which the plotting scripts analyze. Each file is in its own directory, labelled by the mass of the star in solar units.
