Standard Instrument Local Environmental Plan (LEP) - Heritage Conservation (HER) 22/07/2016 for NSW

This data identifies a heritage item or heritage conservation area. Heritage items and heritage conservation areas are also identified in Schedule 5 to the Local Environment Plan (LEP).. Developments relating to a heritage item or heritage conservation are subject to clause 5.10 of the LEP. The HER dataset identifies the location of: Heritage items (including archaeological sites) and Heritage conservation areas (including places of Aboriginal heritage significance).\n The original GIS data was captured by local councils, DP&I and contractors and provided in accordance with the DP&I's Standard Requirements for GIS LEP data and Standard Technical Requirements for LEP maps. Before the LEP is notified on the NSW Legislation website, the mapping is checked by DP&I and the Parliamentary Council's Office to ensure that it is consistent with these standards. After the LEP is notified, the GIS data is quality controlled using an ISO 9001-Quality-Certified, Quality Management System and incorporated into the Statewide dataset. The Land Application data relates directly to and adopts the accuracy of its reference dataset, Land and Property Information DCDB. The GIS data may be subject to change as a part of quality control, or if the LEP is amended. Please confirm dates of respective features before use as this dataset has a large temporal extent.

原始地理信息系统（GIS）数据由地方议会、DP&I及承包商采集，并依据DP&I的《GIS LEP数据标准要求》（Standard Requirements for GIS LEP data）与《LEP地图标准技术要求》（Standard Technical Requirements for LEP maps）提供。在LEP于新南威尔士州（New South Wales，NSW）立法官网发布公告前，DP&I与议会理事会办公室须对该制图数据开展核查，确保其符合前述标准。在LEP发布公告后，GIS数据须通过ISO 9001质量管理体系（ISO 9001-Quality-Certified, Quality Management System）开展质量管控，并整合至全州数据集当中。土地申请数据直接关联其参考数据集——土地与房产信息DCDB（Land and Property Information DCDB），并沿用该数据集的精度标准。本GIS数据可能因质量管控工作或LEP修订而发生变更。由于本数据集的时间跨度较大，使用前请确认各相关要素的具体日期。
