The study used a qualitative method. The research design that was appropriate for this study was a case study design. The semi structured questions were used for participants interviews. The participant's were selected from different hierarchy/post levels in selected schools. Post level 1, 2 and 3 were interviewed from each selected schools. The participants granted permission that the interviews can be recorded. The recordings were supplemented by note taking. The recorded data was transcribed and kept ready for coding. Data was manually coded and categorised into themes. The categorised themes were interpreted to give meaning for findings conclusions.

本研究采用质性研究方法,适配本研究的研究设计为案例研究设计。研究采用半结构化访谈提纲对受访对象开展访谈。受访对象从选定学校的不同职级/岗位层级中遴选,每所选定学校均选取了1、2、3级岗位的受访者参与访谈。受访对象均已同意对访谈过程进行录音。研究同时通过手写访谈笔记对录音资料进行补充。录制的访谈数据经转录整理后,用于后续编码工作。研究人员采用人工编码方式对数据进行处理,并将其归类为若干主题。对上述归类后的主题进行阐释,以此为研究发现与结论赋予明确的学术内涵。
