hg19 bisulfite bowtie2 indices (UM and M) for bisulfite ePCR

Bowtie2 large-index files for bisulfite-converted hg19 genome. UM index: all C->T conversion (unmethylated bisulfite). M index: non-CpG C->T conversion (methylated bisulfite). Built with bowtie2-build --large-index --threads 8.
