Figure B.2.1 In order to replicate the results easily, please follow instructions in "main analyses.do" located in folder "Main analyses". The main data is "data for analysis project informality.dta" located in folder "Main analyses". However, other Stata, CVS, shape files and R data files are used whenever necessary.
