The prognostic value of peripheral ischemic microvascular reserve in persistent sepsis-induced hyperlactatemia and its temporal dynamics: a post hoc analysis of the POHR/PI study

This study aimed to investigate the role of persistent hyperlactatemia (PH) and its temporal dynamics to explain the paradoxical prognosis of septic patients with a high peripheral ischemic microvascular reserve.本研究旨在探究持续性高乳酸血症（persistent hyperlactatemia，PH）及其时间动态变化规律，以解析外周缺血性微血管储备水平较高的脓毒症患者所呈现的矛盾预后结局。
