本数据为第35次南极科学考察走航浮游生物观测数据，中国第35次南极考察期间，利用“雪龙”号科学考察船的船载走航表层水采集系统获取表层海水，通过现场过滤的方法获取浮游生物多样性滤膜样品，采用高通量测序技术进行测定。
This dataset comprises underway plankton observation data collected during the 35th Chinese National Antarctic Research Expedition. Surface seawater samples were collected using the onboard underway surface water sampling system of the Xuelong (Snow Dragon) research vessel during the expedition. Plankton diversity filter membrane samples were obtained via in-situ filtration, and subsequently analyzed using high-throughput sequencing technology.
