通过将不同的共基质分别添加到水解酸化反应器中,评估不同的共基质对水解酸化处理模拟染料废水效果的影响,并寻找到最适共基质。同时,利用DGGE和MiSeq高通量测序技术,追踪反应器中微生物群落结构的变化情况,探讨不同共基质对微生物群落组成和结构的影响。针对工业废水普遍缺乏营养,导致污泥处理效果低下,研发了生物促生剂。为改善一般促生剂存放周期短,开发了A+B组合应用的形式,大大延长存放期。

By separately adding different co-substrates to the hydrolytic acidification reactor, this study evaluated the effects of various co-substrates on the performance of the hydrolytic acidification process for treating simulated dye wastewater, and identified the optimal co-substrate. Additionally, DGGE and MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technologies were utilized to track the changes in microbial community structure within the reactor, and to investigate the impacts of different co-substrates on the composition and structure of microbial communities. To address the widespread nutrient deficiency in industrial wastewater, which leads to poor sludge treatment efficiency, a biological growth promoter was developed. To mitigate the short storage lifespan of conventional growth promoters, an A+B combined application mode was developed, which greatly prolonged the storage period.
