Relatedness_Odisjunctus

This spreadsheet contains a summary sheet of all relatedness values between all individuals sequenced (first sheet). All other sheets contain the data that was used in the R-script “LogRelatedness_wilcoxon_sim.R” to compare relatedness between individuals residing in the same log vs those residing in different logs across different categories of individuals. Simply copy and paste each sheet in a separate .csv document and rename the file appropriately to analyze data and replicate the results of the paper.

本电子数据表包含所有测序个体间亲缘关系值的汇总工作表（即首个工作表）。其余所有工作表均包含用于R脚本"LogRelatedness_wilcoxon_sim.R"的数据集，该脚本用于针对不同类群个体，对比栖息于同一枯木与不同枯木的个体间的亲缘关系差异。只需将每个工作表复制粘贴至独立的.csv文件中，并按需求重命名文件，即可开展数据分析并复现该论文的研究结果。
