To investigate the contributions of immune and stromal cells to the production of interferon in the thymus, we performed bulk RNA-sequencing on thymocytes, thymic epithelial cels, bronchial epithelial cells and lung epithelial cells. Overall design: Bulk RNA-seq profiling of magnetic bead enriched populations from select human fetal (pcw 16-18) anterior foregut-derived organs.
为探究免疫细胞与基质细胞对胸腺内干扰素生成的贡献,我们对胸腺细胞、胸腺上皮细胞、支气管上皮细胞及肺上皮细胞开展了批量RNA测序(bulk RNA-sequencing)。整体实验设计:对经磁珠富集的、取自选定人类胎儿(pcw 16-18,即受孕后16-18周)前肠前体来源器官的细胞群体进行批量RNA-seq转录组谱分析。
