Gut Virome in First-Episode Schizophrenia

This project investigated the gut virome of 49 first-episode schizophrenia patients and 49 matched healthy controls using metagenomic sequencing. The aim is to identify viral patterns associated with schizophrenia, enhancing our understanding of the virome's role in this condition.
