We compare transcriptomic profiles of intestinal epithelial cells obtained from the small intestine of germ-free and conventionally-caged mice. Intestinal epithelial cells were harvested from the intestine of conventional or germ-free C57Bl6J mice. Directional polyA RNA-seq was performed on RNA fom cells using standard Illumina protocols. Microbiota induce decreased expression of the Clec2e gene. Intestinal epithelial cells were harvested from the intestine of conventional or germ-free C57Bl6J mice.

本研究对比了无菌(germ-free)与常规饲养(conventionally-caged)小鼠小肠来源的肠上皮细胞(intestinal epithelial cells)的转录组谱。实验所用肠上皮细胞提取自常规饲养或无菌C57BL/6J小鼠的肠道组织。采用标准Illumina实验流程,对细胞来源的RNA开展定向polyA RNA测序。肠道菌群可诱导Clec2e基因的表达下调。实验所用肠上皮细胞提取自常规饲养或无菌C57BL/6J小鼠的肠道组织。
