Data of: Analysis of flour-insect powder mixtures based on their near infrared spectra

Near Infrared spectroscopy data of insect powders obtained from seven species, wheat flour, and the mixtures of wheat flour and the different insect powders (5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 %, 25 %, 30 %, 35 %, 40 %, 45 % and 50 % of insect powder content.

本数据集包含源自7个物种的昆虫粉末、小麦粉，以及小麦粉与不同昆虫粉末按不同比例（昆虫粉末含量分别为5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、35%、40%、45%及50%）混合得到的样品的近红外光谱（Near Infrared spectroscopy）数据。
