XPlanung dataset BPL “City Center”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “City Center” of the city of Owen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: City center; Usage: § 4 General Residential Areas (WA), § 5 Village Areas (MD), § 6 Mixed Areas (MI).开发计划（BPL）包含具有法律约束力的城市规划管控规则。原则上，开发计划须以土地利用计划为编制基础。本次可用数据集为欧文市（Owen）基于XPlanung 5.0平台编制的"市中心"开发计划。规划概况：中心城区；用地类别：第4条 一般居住区（WA）、第5条 乡村片区（MD）、第6条 混合功能区（MI）。
