Counts Matrix data of scRNA-seq of IIM patients

Here are scRNA-seq matrix files (barcodes, features and counts) for each sample of IIM patients and healthy controls (HC). Tissue included two types: Skeletal Muscle and PBMC. And patients included three dermatomyositis types (anti-Mi2, anti-MDA5 and anti-NXP2) and one immune-mediated necrosis myopathy (anti-HMGCR).本数据集包含特发性炎性肌病（Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathy, IIM）患者与健康对照（healthy controls, HC）各样本的单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）矩阵文件，文件涵盖条形码（barcodes）、特征（features）与计数（counts）三类数据。本次研究纳入的样本组织类型包括骨骼肌（Skeletal Muscle）与外周血单个核细胞（Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells, PBMC）两类；受试患者共分为四类亚群，其中三类为皮肌炎亚型（抗Mi2、抗MDA5及抗NXP2阳性皮肌炎），另一类为免疫介导性坏死性肌病（抗HMGCR阳性）。
