我们采用T细胞受体(T cell receptor, TCR)测序技术,旨在研究幼年特发性关节炎(Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis, JIA,N=9)患者循环及关节来源的调节性T细胞(Tregs)与非调节性T细胞的免疫细胞构成及(过度)扩增情况。本研究既分析了疾病发作时同时受累的多组关节,也对复发缓解型疾病的病程进行了追踪。此外,我们还对JIA患者的循环及关节来源的(调节性)T细胞受体开展了检测分析。
