The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of bioaugmentation with biochar-immobilized hydrocarbon-degrading Rhodococcus sp. Q15 on bacterial community composition and hydrocarbon removal in petroleum contaminated soil. Soil mesocosms were artificially contaminated with diesel fuel (7500 mg/kg) and amended with inoculated or uninoculated willow or softwood pellet -derived biochar at a rate of 1 % (w/w), or with a liquid inoculum, and incubated for 70 days under greenhouse conditions. Illumina 16S rRNA gene (V4) sequencing was used to characterize the diversity and structure of bacterial communities in the soil and associated with biochar particles.

本研究旨在探究以生物炭固定化降解烃类红球菌属(Rhodococcus sp.)Q15进行生物强化,对石油污染土壤中细菌群落组成及烃类去除效果的影响。本研究构建经柴油(7500 mg/kg)人工污染的土壤微宇宙(soil mesocosms)体系,分别按1%(w/w)的比例添加接种目标菌株或未接种的柳树、软木颗粒衍生生物炭,或添加液体接种剂,并于温室环境中培养70天。采用Illumina 16S rRNA基因(V4区)测序技术,解析土壤整体及生物炭颗粒表面附着细菌群落的多样性与结构组成。
