PortPy Sample Data

Data needed for optimization and algorithm development (e.g., a set of beams/beamlets/voxels, dose contribution of each beamlet to each voxel) are provided for a set of pre-specified machine parameters (e.g., beam/colimator/couch angles). We initially provide these data for a set of publicly available dataset from TCIA. We hope to expand our dataset in the future. The data needed for optimization is extracted from the research version of EclipseTM treatment planning system (Varian Medical Systems) using its API.

本数据集针对预设机器参数（如射束、准直器、治疗床角度等），提供了优化与算法开发所需的全部数据，具体包括射束、子射束、体素集合，以及各子射束对每个体素的剂量贡献。本次发布的数据初始源自癌症影像档案（The Cancer Imaging Archive, TCIA）的公开数据集合集，我们计划未来进一步扩充本数据集的内容与规模。本次优化所需的数据通过应用程序编程接口（API）从瓦里安医疗系统（Varian Medical Systems）的Eclipse™放射治疗计划系统研究版中提取得到。
