This interview is part of the Women, Risk and Aids Project (1989-90) archive which was created as part of the Reanimating Data Project (2018-20).<br>Anonymised transcript of interview with Ruth who has grown up in a Travelling Community and is now doing a course in Basic Skills, with a hope to have a career looking after older people. She would like to settle down soon, and hopes for marriage and children in the future, but not until her father is out of prison. Ruth has not had any formal sex education at all and has had to rely on television, conversations with friends and other members of the travelling community, so has a fairly limited and unreliable understanding of sexual health. She has a boyfriend at the moment, and though it is not a sexual relationship it is one that she wouldn't mind becoming more serious and resulting in marriage.

她目前有一位男友，双方尚未发生性关系，但她并不介意这段关系进一步发展，最终步入婚姻殿堂。
