Hypocotyl and Root RNA-seq. Glycine max strain:Willimas 82

Hypocotyls and root tips at three immobility time points were collected from seeds that germinated zero day, one day and five days respectively, and the part of where the junction of hypocotyl and root was removed. Three biological replicates per sample were used for the RNA sequencing experiments. RNA was isolated separately from D0_H, D0_R, D1_H, D1_R, D5_H and D5_R, in total of 18 samples using RNAprep Pure Plant Plus Kit and treated with RNase-Free DNase I

分别从萌发0天、1天及5天的种子中采集对应三个静置时间点的下胚轴（hypocotyl）与根尖，并去除了下胚轴与根的连接部位。每个样本设置3次生物学重复，用于RNA测序（RNA sequencing）实验。使用RNAprep Pure Plant Plus 植物总RNA提取试剂盒，分别从D0_H、D0_R、D1_H、D1_R、D5_H及D5_R共计18个样本中分离总RNA，并经无RNase脱氧核糖核酸酶I（RNase-Free DNase I）处理。
