USP15 deubiquitinase safeguards hematopoiesis and genome integrity in hematopoietic stem cells and leukemia cells

To decipher the role of USP15 in DNA damage in leukemia cells, endogenous USP15 was immunoprecipitated from MV4-11 and Kasumi-1 cell lines under naive and DNA stress conditions (Mitomycin C, 30nM, 1h). 355 candidates co-immunoprecipitated with USP15 in all the conditions, in 4 independent experiments.

为解析泛素特异性蛋白酶15（USP15）在白血病细胞DNA损伤中的作用，研究人员在未处理状态及DNA损伤应激条件（丝裂霉素C，30nM，处理1小时）下，从MV4-11与Kasumi-1细胞系中对内源性USP15进行免疫沉淀（immunoprecipitation）。经4次独立实验，共筛选得到355个可在所有实验条件下与USP15发生免疫共沉淀（co-immunoprecipitation）的候选互作蛋白。
