Semantic Similarity Score Calculation and Reproducibility

Building the annotation file, consisting of protein (entity)-gene ontology process map extracted from the GOA UniProt datasetat ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/GO/goa/UNIPROT/goa_uniprot_all.gaf.gz. This protein-process map file is used to generate protein pairs used for testing the PySML library. Semantic similarity scores produced are also included. <br>

构建注释文件，该文件包含从GOA UniProt数据集（ftp地址：ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/GO/goa/UNIPROT/goa_uniprot_all.gaf.gz）中提取的蛋白质（实体）-基因本体（Gene Ontology）过程映射关系。该蛋白质-过程映射文件可用于生成用于测试PySML库的蛋白质对，且所生成的语义相似性分数亦被纳入其中。
