本研究采用RNA测序（RNAseq）技术，通过对比细胞性排斥、体液性排斥、混合性排斥及正常状态的临床样本，探究细胞排斥与体液排斥反应的发生机制。整体实验设计：对正常组（N=12）、细胞性排斥组（N=13）、体液性排斥组（N=12）与混合性排斥组（N=4）的样本开展对比分析。
