Mechanism of cellular and humoral rejection

This study used RNAseq to study the mechanism of cellular and humoral rejection by comparing clinical samples of cellular, humoral, mixed, and normal. Overall design: Comparison of normal (N=12), cellular (N=13), humoral (12) and mixed (n=4)本研究采用RNA测序（RNAseq）技术，通过对比细胞性排斥、体液性排斥、混合性排斥及正常状态的临床样本，探究细胞排斥与体液排斥反应的发生机制。整体实验设计：对正常组（N=12）、细胞性排斥组（N=13）、体液性排斥组（N=12）与混合性排斥组（N=4）的样本开展对比分析。
